What Wesley has created in his 38 plus years in the financial planning industry is a very successful multi-million-dollar revenue practice HSI Financial Group. He recently retired from the practice, however, he is a consultant to HSI Financial Group.
Wesley truly enjoys watching others succeed whether it’s his clients or colleagues in this industry, hence his desire to pass along his experiences to help others learn from; you could say “the good, the bad, and the ugly.” Unfortunately, one very important thing he has learned throughout his career is that no one is out there to train financial planners and advisors on how to run a perfect practice. The best we can expect is piecemeal ideas and concepts, whereas he will unwrap every aspect of running your successful financial planning practice.
My Approach.
I work with financial planners & advisors to help them create client-centric experiences through a structured and proven process. Unfortunately, our industry is becoming focused on gathering assets and selling products, although this is necessary it should never be the main focus. The client believes they are getting a financial plan when in fact they are ending up with an investment plan or insurance products that again are necessary but don’t complete the financial planning process. Worse yet, they don’t know what they don’t know. This becomes dangerous not only for the client and their family but also for the advisor exposing them to unnecessary liabilities. The client deserves more. This becomes a win-win situation. The client wins because they receive an amazing financial plan which exceeds their expectations and they become your raving fan, the financial planner or advisor creates a very profitable practice, and the regulators love you.
