The Perfect Practice is engaged in the business of marketing, organizational techniques and best practices as it relates to the financial services industry and the practices of financial advisors located across the world. The Perfect Practice is a trade name of Forster Financial Services Inc., a corporation duly incorporated under the laws of Alberta. The Perfect Practice provides coaching services and information to financial advisors and is not a recruiting company and does not offer financial advice. By signing up for the services offered on the Website and associated landing pages, students agree to engage The Perfect Practice to provide professional coaching in the areas of business marketing, organizational techniques, and best practices for the financial services industry in the form of Courses delivered in Virtual Classrooms in accordance with the Terms of Enrollment.
The Perfect Practice is dedicated to being transparent about how we collect, use and retain your personal information through our website and services. By using our website, you hereby consent to our privacy policy and agree to its terms.

All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Student in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Student’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services provided through various course offerings (“Courses”), in accordance with and subject to, prevailing laws of Canada. However, The Perfect Practice accepts students from all over the world and strives to comply with the laws of each applicable jurisdiction in which we operate. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.
This privacy policy is in addition to other notices and policies on the website or provided by the Company.
This website is not intended for children. The Company does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. Please contact us if you believe your child has inputted their personal information and we will use our best efforts to destroy the information provided.

- How We Collect and Use Personal Information

- Any ad data collected, received or derived from our Facebook ads are only shared with those acting on our behalf, such as our service providers. We make sure that our service providers protect Facebook advertising data or any other information received by us, and that they keep that information confidential and secure.
- We do not use Facebook advertising data for any purpose except on an aggregate and anonymous basis and only to assess the performance and effectiveness of our Facebook advertising campaigns.
- We do not use Facebook advertising data, including the targeting criteria for a Facebook ad, to build, append to, edit, influence, or augment user profiles, including profiles associated with any mobile device identifier or other unique identifier that identifies any particular user, browser, computer or device.

Other Social Platforms
We advertise our services on a variety of social platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Google and LinkedIn. We strive to adhere to each privacy policy applicable to the social platforms we advertise on. Like on Facebook, we may use anonymous or aggregate data to assess the performance of our advertisements and we do not sell this data. We only use personal information voluntarily provided to us to facilitate our services and in accordance with this privacy policy.
We also collect, use and share aggregated data, which is statistical or demographic in nature and does not contain any personally identifying information. If aggregated data is combined with personal information, such that it could identify you, we would treat the aggregated data as personal information and protect it in accordance with this privacy policy.
We do not collect details about criminal offences, race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health, or genetic and biometric data.
Where we need to collect personal information by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you, and you fail to provide that personal information when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract we have or are trying to enter into with you (for example, to provide you with services). In this case, we may have to cancel a service or Course you have with us but we will notify you if this is the case at the time.

By signing up for a Course, you are opting in to receiving communications related to the Course or service you signed up to receive and marketing communications for other Courses or services offered by us.
